Our libraries are beautiful spaces which attract children to read the brightly illustrated story books that we carefully choose and around which we organise a number of activities such as reading, story telling, spellings, discussions, quizzes, drawing, colouring, dance, drama and a plethora of other activities.

Libraries are also the places where we counsel students and spot bright students. We are now sponsoring 19 students to good schools.

Libraries Cum Creativity Centres

Our seven libraries are set up within the schools. The Library Room is cheerfully painted and provided with simple furniture, durries, White Board, Green Board, Soft Boards, charts, lots of beautifully illustrated story books and art and craft material. We also have atlases and dictionaries and beautifully illustrated General Knowledge books.

Every Library has a full time Librarian. The schools earmark a Library period for each class. The library period is used to encourage children to read books. It is also a place where remedial classes are conducted for weak students.

Children gain knowledge and confidence, discipline and leadership skills though the various activities that we organise. Learning becomes fun!

II. Sponsored Children

Books for All has sponsored the education of 11 bright children (including 6 girls) to English medium schools and 8 girls to a good Hindi medium school. We also coach and mentor them so that they develop them into well rounded individuals.

III. Counselling Inter College Students

Counselling at an Inter College which caters to underprivileged students is our latest initiative. While we guide students on various career option we lay emphasis on vocational training. We hope to sponsor students to vocational and job oriented courses in the coming years. Students are showing immense interest in the counselling sessions.
